CEMEX intends to enhance our services to achieve the highest level of customer satisfaction. The customer service center is, therefore, founded to accomplish such initiative. A large number of customers have experienced excellent services from the center since 2006.

  • Order taking assistance issuing by fax, internet and mobile phone
  • Checking delivery status at the factory
  • Providing pending sales information
  • Provide information regarding account and other documents of customers
  • Listen to comments made concerning CEMEX services and products
  • Record and prepare reports based on comments or requests from customers and submit such reports to groups who are directly responsible. CEMEX also has an expert team to follow up complaints to ensure that every complaint and issue is resolved. Customer satisfaction surveys are also regularly conducted to improve our services
